Chairwoman Lowey Announces $450 Million for Peace Corps



Rep. Nita Lowey (D-NY) announced $450 million in funding for the US Peace Corps last night on Hardball with Chris Matthews. Colombia RPCV Maureen Orth was also a guest on the show.
